Return Window
Retail purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wholesale orders

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
