Wholesale Returns
1. Inspection Window
Retailers must inspect shipments within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
2. Damage Reporting Requirements
To file a damage claim, email sales@madeinyosemite.com with:
• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos of product damage
• Photos of exterior packaging
Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of claim.
3. Eligible Claims
Wholesale orders are final sale except in cases of:
• Verified shipping damage
• Manufacturer defect
• Incorrect item shipped
Approved claims may result in:
• Replacement shipment
• Store credit
• Refund at MIY’s discretion
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Overstock
• Slow-moving inventory
• Customer preference returns
• Seasonal sell-through
Retailers are responsible for managing their own customer return policies.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer once carrier takes possession of shipment.
Carrier-related claims may require direct coordination with shipping provider.
